Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Coco — Match Adventure collects when you use it. Coco is developed by Dostocomp (Sedat Erdemci) and distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play.

1. Data we collect

• Account info: Display name, email and unique user ID (UID) you provide when signing in with Google or Apple.
• Game progress: Completed levels, stars, coin balance, purchase state, achievements — stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore (Frankfurt, EU) and synced across devices.
• Push token (FCM): Device token used for push notifications. Stored on our server (ilacbilgi.org).
• Advertising identifier (IDFA / AAID): Used by AdMob only if you grant consent. You can decline (iOS App Tracking Transparency).
• Anonymous device info: Crash analytics via Firebase Crashlytics — does not personally identify you.

2. How we use your data

• Save your game progress and sync across devices.
• Verify your in-app purchases (Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing).
• Send notifications about daily rewards and events (only when permitted).
• Anonymous error and usage analytics to improve the app.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics) — as data processor.
• AdMob (Google) — only for ad display when permitted.
• Apple StoreKit / Google Play — for purchase verification.

4. Children

Coco is suitable for all ages (4+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact dostocomp@gmail.com for deletion.

5. Ad permission (iOS)

iOS 14.5+ presents the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will see contextual (non-personalized) ads. You can remove ads entirely via the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR/CCPA you can request access, correction or deletion of your data. Email dostocomp@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

Progress data is retained until you delete your account. To delete your account, email us. All your Firestore + push token DB data will be removed within 7 days.
