My progress is gone — what now?
If you signed in with Google or Apple, your progress is safely in the cloud. Sign back into the same account on your device; it restores automatically. Without sign-in, progress is device-only.
My Premium purchase isn't showing.
Restart the app and try Profile → Restore Purchases. If still missing, email us with your receipt — we'll add it manually.
I watched an ad but didn't get the reward.
Ad delivery depends on internet connection. Switch to Wi-Fi and try again. If persistent, send us the error message and your device model.
Is it suitable for kids?
Coco is rated 4+. No violence, profanity, or unsuitable content. Ads via AdMob with family-safe filtering.
How do I delete my account?
Email dostocomp@gmail.com with subject "Account deletion" and include your UID (visible in Profile). All data deleted within 7 days.
